Constantine And Arrow Team-Up When “Arrows Just Won’t Suffice”
While the CW rapidly adds DC shows, sadly NBC couldn’t keep Constantine on the air. But fans will get a chance to see Matt Ryan in the trenchcoat one more time. After all, what’s more fitting for a series based on comic book characters than a team-up?
Ryan’s John Constantine — who struggles with his faith as he is haunted by the sins of his past and suddenly is thrust into the role of defending humanity from the gathering forces of darkness — will guest-star in the fifth episode of Arrow‘s fourth season, titled “Haunted.”
The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed Ryan will have “at least one episode” as John Constantine on Arrow. You might remember Stephen Amell volunteered to guest star on Constantine if it got a second season, and the show’s producer noted they were working on it.
